Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is: http://rlphoa.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personal Information

We create a “homeowner page” for every Rancho Las Palmas property owner who registers on this website.  On that page each homeowner can put personal information that they want to share with other homeowners.  Offering such personal is completely voluntary and this information is not available to the general public.

Comments

The site is not set-up for “visitors” to leave comments.

Media

Your data is behind a security firewall that requires a unique User ID and Password to gain site access to restricted data.  Registered users to the website can download images.

Contact Forms

Contact forms are structured to send messages to the HOA (Associa), the HOA Board and Specific HOA Committee Chairpersons.

Cookies

If you have a registered account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

We have no embedded content from other websites other than “links” to those websites offered for your convenience.

Analytics

We use website analytics to monitor “overall” visitor traffic and behavior.  These analytics programs are not linked to you as an individual and have no way of identifying you personally.

Who we share your data with

We do not share you data with other sites.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can limit the data we retain to your User ID and Password.  Anything data we have on you beyond that was put there by you.  You can delete your Profile Page in the Homeowner Roster at any time if you choose to do that.  However, you will no longer have access to the “Restricted” pages if you completely remove your profile.

Where we send your data

We do not send your data to any other party.

Your contact information

Your contact information is provided by you personally and by doing so you willingly share that data with other homeowners in the Rancho Las Palmas Community.
