May I replace plants around the exterior of my condo?

The common area around your condo is the responsibility of the HOA.

You may not replace or trim plantings.

You may, however, submit a request at the HOA office, or submit a request for changes on Town Square.

What is considered “common area”?

  • “Common Areas” are the exterior boundaries surrounding each unit including the lawns up to the golf course “out-of-bounds” markers.
  • All of these areas including plants, trees, etc., are maintained by the Homeowner’s Association.
  • Homeowners may not fertilize, prune, transplant, plant or otherwise disturb the Homeowners Association plant materials in the common area.
  • The Homeowner’s Association has scheduled maintenance procedures for these areas.”
