Rancho Las Palmas Home Owners Association

Welcome to the Rancho Las Palmas Homeowners Association (“RLPHOA”).  Anyone who purchases a home at Rancho Las Palmas automatically becomes a member of the  RLPHOA.

The Association has been established for the management and maintenance of the Association common areas and to enforce the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and By-laws governing the Association.

Governance of the Association is performed by a Board of Directors  (“BOD”) elected from the Rancho Las Palmas homeowners.

Desert Resort Management (Associa) has been retained by your BOD to provide day-to-day property management as directed by the BOD.

You may wonder if the Rancho Las Palmas Homeowners receive any benefits from Omni Resorts & Spa …. the answer is yes!

Omni provide homeowners with an “Opening Season” every year party that is held on the golf course and is simply a wonderful event.

Homeowners also get 20% off on food and 20% off the SPA.  Homeowners also get ½ off on dinner Sunday evenings including alcohol.

Omni Resorts & Spa also provide support for our HOA meetings.  Finally, they do many fun things like having Friday Night Special Events, football watch parties, bingo, music events, etc…. along with special golf events.



Rancho Las Palmas Country Club is a 240 acre resort which has 864 single story condominiums offering abundant views of the Santa Rosa, San Jacinto, and San Gorgonio mountains.  Homeowners and guests have access to low density grounds with 26 community pools & spas.  All condominiums have their own patio and is individually owned.  A gated community with 24-hour guarded security.

All homes wind around the 27-hole golf course that was designed by Ted Robinson.  It features three nine-hole layouts, the South, North, and West courses containing six lakes.  There is also access to 24 tennis and pickle ball courts that are part of Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa.
